We're happy to accept group bookings where friends or families would like to stay together at Hawthorn Farm, with the added privacy of their own cottage.
However, please be aware that we don't accept bookings from single sex groups, or hen/stag do's, and parties, events or gatherings which exceed the maximum agreed occupancy numbers for the cottages are not allowed unless unless you have our express prior consent.
If you're booking more than one cottage, you will be asked to follow a few common sense guidelines for the sake of our other guests and our housekeeping team:
- Each cottage must have a designated lead guest over the age of 21 who will be responsible for taking care of the building/contents, and who will be asked to provide the damages deposit which may be used to put things right in the case of any damages or losses in that cottage.
- You're welcome to plan a meal together, and to move crockery/cutlery, chairs or tables between cottages to suit your needs, as long as you remember to return everything to the original cottage afterwards.
- You'll be asked to be courteous of any other guests staying at Hawthorn Farm, who may have come away for a quiet break. For example by keeping the noise down between the hours of 11pm and 9am.
Please make sure you've read and understood our Booking Terms and Conditions, which gives more information about the use of outside suppliers and alcohol sales.
