At what time do we have to vacate the cottage?

Please vacate your cottage no later than 10am on the final day of your stay.

During the quieter months, we can sometimes be more flexible about timings. We will be happy to try and arrange a later check-out (11am or 12 noon), depending on how busy we are, whether we are expecting any other arrivals on the same day, and when our housekeeper is scheduled to arrive.

Or you may be able to extend your stay at Hawthorn Farm up to 6pm on the day of departure, which we will ideally need to confirm at the time of booking. There will be an additional advance charge of £45 per cottage for an extended stay.

Unless we have directly agreed a late departure with you, and have confirmed it in writing, you should assume that the usual check-out time applies.
