When do I pay for my cottage?

Once you submit your booking, you will have 24 hours to make a payment. This will either be:

1. A 30% deposit if you're booking more than 8 weeks from the start of your stay. This
   will secure your dates, and the cottage booking callendar will be blocked out and unavailable to others.
2. Payment in full if you're arriving within 8 weeks of submitting your booking form. Your booking will be formally confirmed as soon as your booking is paid in full.

If the 24 hour period elapses without you making a payment, the dates will automatically be re-listed.

Until we receive full payment at least 8 weeks before the start of your stay, your booking will be treated as a reservation of the dates in your preferred cottage. You may therefore choose to pay the full amount before the 8 week due date, in order to have full peace of mind of a formally confirmed booking.
