Can my friends and/or family come and visit during my stay?

We are of course happy that you would like to invite others to come and see you at your cottage at Hawthorn Farm. However, please be aware that we don't allow any parties, events or gatherings which exceed the maximum agreed occupancy numbers for the cottage you have booked - unless you have our prior consent in writing.

Please also note that for the sake of all our guests, any unknown visitors in the grounds, or parking in any of the car parks at Hawthorn Farm are likely to be questioned by the owners and/or our representatives - so to avoid embarrassment, please contact us before inviting anyone to ask whether it is okay to go ahead.

Please refer to the "Your Stay" section of our Booking Terms and Conditions which explains our rules prohibiting overnight guests who have not been included in the booking form.
