What if I can’t find something in the cottage which I was expecting?

Please don't wait until the end of your stay to let us know! As the we live on-site, we know they cottages very well, and we'll be happy to help you to locate any missing items.


Unless it's an emergency, your query will usually be dealt with between 9am and 8pm. Please feel free to email or text us outside of these hours, and we will endeavour to help you as soon as possible. (We will send you our mobile number for texts about a week before your arrival.)
