What's the check-in procedure, and how long does it take?

When you arrive at the main Hawthorn Farm gate, we ask that you phone us on 01304 290029. We'll then guide you to the best place to park and we will let you know how to get into your cottage. Once you've parked and unloaded your car, we'll usually pop over to give you an in-person introduction to the cottage and the farm facilities, and to answer any questions you may have. We will also complete the check-in by taking the damages deposit on a credit/debit card (unless you have paid it, or are covered via an on-line third party site).

The check-in procedure take about 20 minutes for the important parts - unless you have lots of questions or want to chat for longer!
