Where will I find the key?

We will send you instructions for your arrival about a week before the start of your stay, including what to do when you get here, and how to find your key.

If you know you're going to be very late (or later that you anticipated) then we ask that you contact us on 01304 290029 to make special arrangements for getting into your cottage.
