Can I cancel my booking?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to change your plans.
If you do have to cancel your booking, the lead guest will need notify us as soon as possible and we will start the cancellation process by releasing the dates in order to try and re-sell them.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancelling more than 8 weeks before arrival: You will be liable for 30% of the total booking amount, unless we are able to re-sell all or some of the dates.
- Cancelling less than 8 weeks before arrival: You will be liable for 100% of the total booking amount, unless we are able to re-sell all or some of the dates.
If we're able to re-sell any/all of the dates of your booked stay, we will calculate your pro-rata refund based on the amount paid by the new incoming guests, and the number of days they stay.
For this reason, we strongly recommend to all our guests that they take out travel insurance which provides comprehensive cancellation cover. You can search for suitable cover on comparison sites such as GoCompare. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
