Can I change or modify my booking?

Yes, there are certain modifications you can make to your booking free of charge. You can easily do this by following the link to your online booking which you'll find in the initial booking confirmation email we sent you. The free changes you can make include:

• You can change your contact details, the details of your vehicle, and your preferred bed configuration.
• You can add extra guests, as long as the total number of people (including adults, children and babies) does not exceed the occupancy number stated on our website, and provided you let us know at least 7 days before your stay.
• You can change who is coming to stay in the cottage, again as long as you do not exceed the occupancy number stated on our website, and provided you let us know at least 7 days before your stay.
• You can add up to 2 dogs to your booking - as long as you have booked one of our pet-friendly cottages (Foxglove and Primrose) There will be an additional charge of £25 per cottage, per stay.
• You can add any number of optional extras to your booking - including a luxury upgrade, a breakfast hamper, a cream tea hamper or a curry supper for two. We request that you add these at least a week before your arrival.
• You can change your estimated arrival time, as long as it's after our usual 4pm check-in.

If you need to make any changes to the dates of your stay, or to switch cottages (subject to availability) please notify us as soon as possible, giving us the reason for your changes. Any agreed amendments or changes to your booking (dates or cottage) will be subject to an administration charge of £25 in addition to any applicable price adjustments.

If you shorten the length of your stay at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your booking, you will be liable for 30% of the cancelled days. If you shorten the length of your stay within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, this will be treated as a partial cancellation and we will only be able to make a partial refund if we can re-sell those dates.

If you decide after booking that you would like to arrange an earlier than 4pm check-in, please check with us as soon as possible, as we will need to confirm that the cottage can be prepared in time. The following additional charges will be made for any agreed early check-ins:

• Between 2pm - 4pm on day of arrival: £15 per cottage
• From 12 noon: £25 per cottage.
